UPCOMING DATES FOR DEALER TECHNICAL TRAINING

Attention Hyosung Dealers,

Hyosung will be resuming the original Clinic I (Dealer Initial Training) and Clinic II (Fuel Induction System) and introducing Clinic III (Electrical System) in the Fall/Winter Season. If you were not able to make it to the spring clinics or would like factory training on electrics, now is your chance! Clinics I and II are combined together and cover the Hyosung Website, Warranty Policy and Procedures, Ordering Parts and Units, Technical Support including all relative Service Bulletins, the technical features of the Fuel Injection System, how to operate the diagnostic equipment, and features of the 2010 Product Line. Clinic III is a separate course covering the requirements of an electrical circuit, using meters, testing switches, diagnosing charging, starting, and ignition system issues, and understanding wiring diagrams. Each Course spans 2 days and lunch is provided on both days.

These clinics will be held at HMA’s headquarters located at 5815 Brook Hollow Parkway Suite B, Norcross, GA 30071.

These clinics are free to all Authorized Hyosung Motors America Dealers.

Course Objectives:

· To provide Hyosung dealers with a complete understanding of the construction and operating principles of Hyosungs new ‘Fuel Induction System’, along with the diagnostic equipment.

· To introduce Hysoung 2010 Product Line.

· To provide Hyosung dealers with the policies & procedures for filing warranty claims, ordering parts, ordering & registering new units, technical support.
