1.  Annotation
The course of "Corporate security" aims to familiarize students with the following things: the place and role of ensuring security for the business organization; the main approaches and methods for its control and prevention of potential losses, as well as global trends, experience and achievements of leading companies, which use corporate security. The subject, the object and the scope of corporate security at national and international level are completely clarified during the course. A detailed review of the components and elements of the integrated security is presented. The course describes the problems of prevention of losses and corporate risk management, as well. It presents the instruments for strategic, tactical and operational management of security. The course reveals the specifics of the issues of security in different areas and sectors of the national economy. Thoroughly expose the security methods in the management of security. The basic approaches, concepts and technologies for integrated management of corporate security - institutional, sector, industry, corporate and integrated are presented. The course is based on extensive facts which illustrate global and national trends in security.

4.  METHODS OF TEACHING
Training is accomplished by a combination of lectures with seminars, discussions, case studies and tasks, implementation of individual assignments. During the course PPP, online sources / video conferences are used.
5.  LEARNING OUTCOMES
After completion of the course on "Corporate Security" the students will gain knowledge that will allow them to:
•Understand and explain the concept of corporate security, reveal the importance of protecting the security and its relationship with other functional areas of management of the company;
•Assess the role of the analysis of the threat, security reviews, security
strategies and the development of security programs for the prevention of losses and corporate risk management;
•Identify, structure and solve the concrete problems of corporate security in key areas of corporate activity: sales and marketing, product development, operational management of production, logistics and business administration, as well as the need for their integrated management.
6.  ASSESTMENT METHODS
The formula for the formation of the final assessment is:
FA = 0,5 (AET + ASP) + 0,5 AIT,
Where:
FA = final assessment
AET = assessment of examination test
ACA = assessment of current assessment
AIT = assessment of individual task,
The final assessment is six-point scale, the minimum assessment on the successful completion of the course is "Medium /3/." The conformity of assessments with the European system of credit transfer is as follows:
