This event is being hosted by the Universal Hundesport, which from this point on shall be known as “the hosting club”. I understand that every dog at this event will be under the control of a designated handler or myself & that I agree to be held fully responsible for the actions of my dog (s) while on the event grounds. I further agree to hold the hosting club, its members, officers and directors, and all property owners harmless for the loss or injury that may have allegedly been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing as an act of my dog (s) or myself while on the locations. I assume all responsibility and liability for such claims and agree to hold the United Schutzhund Clubs of America and the hosting club, its members, officers and directors and all property owners Harmless for any loss or injury that may have allegedly been caused directly or indirectly to me or my dog (s) during the participation in this event.
WVSC reserves the right to photograph any and all activities at this event. The club has the right to utilize the images from this event in any manner it desires. The club strictly reserves all commercial rights to photos from this event.
