United Way Fast Facts – for emailing

There are four Fast Facts in several categories from which you can choose to copy and paste into a company email. These can work well if you are sending out daily communications and just need to make one brief point.OR you may wish to send an email every week, or every 2-3 days, which combines a success story with a Fast Fact related to Education, Income or Health OR combine a general Fast Fact with some service numbers from one of those issue areas. Some have images or icons, so make sure those are copied as well.

Robin and Joe, both disabled and living on a fixed income, have a son in high school. They are not eligible for food stamps and barely make it month to month without falling behind on their bills. Robin has a degenerative eye disease that requires her to go to University of Utah 4-6 times a year. When needed, United Way dollars help Robin with gas vouchers for her doctor’s appoints in Utah.
