  1. The minimum initial payment required with the registration form is the TOTAL REGISTRATION FEE calculated above. (Note: Complete payment with registration is preferred as it reduces the workload and the banking fees charged to Berwick Camp.)
  2. Post dated cheques (for no later than July 1, 2015) or credit card authorization below must accompany the registration form for the full balance.
