A two component, silver-filled, electrically and thermally conductive epoxy, designed for semiconductor die-attach and hybrid microelectronic packaging. It can be used for heat sinking, plastic IC packaging in JEDEC format, direct chip attach onto PCB,SMD bonding on ceramics or FR4.
