Understanding the Complexity of Program Management

Using a Business Network Analysis (BNA) approach and real data from over 150 projects, see how the complexity of a program can be diagnostically analysed to understand the alignment of outcomes, requirements consistency, the stakeholder weave and interactions along with many other issues.

A program by its nature is complex, complicated and involved. This presentation will illustrate the fundamentals of a program approach that simplifies the natural complexity of a program and clearly illustrates the connections between the factors that influence “program” decisions.
