  11. Brainstorm more ideas
  12. R. Mohapatra suggested adding a function for students to submit questions or inquiries through the website directly, or a F.A.Q section. He also noted that many students in Mathematics are submitting to professional journals, making it more difficult for the UCF URJ to solicit submissions from them.
  13. It was suggested that a section be added for the announcement of student publications and research accomplishments, as well as a page for short synopses/summaries/initial results from as-yet incomplete student projects, as announcements of forthcoming research.
  14. R. Mohapatra & M. Reynolds Lagowski discussed the possibility of encouraging manuscripts from existing undergraduate research programs like RAMP, McNair, HIM, and others.

  12. K. Schneider discussed the difficulty of receiving submissions directly following SURE because many students graduate and many faculty are busy during the summer or early fall when such a review is needed.
  13. E. Montague suggested that students be encouraged to submit sooner, such as when they are first accepted to SURE.
