TO ALLOW FOR TWO-FAMILY DWELLING

ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT

On the date and at the times and location shown below, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held to receive representations from any persons who wish to make them in respect to the following matter:

1)  AMENDMENT TO BY-LAW NO. 2383-04 BEING A BY-LAW OF THE FORMER RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF SWAN RIVER;

LOCATION: 216 Main St. W. Swan River, MB.

DATE & TIME: August 8, 2017 @ 7:15 pm

GENERAL INTENT OF THAT the Rural Municipality of Swan River Zoning By-Law No. 2383-04 is

hereby amended to allow Two-Family dwellings as a “conditional use” in the area presently designated as RS-15 Residential Single Family Zone with appropriate changes made to Subsection 2.6.1(e) and to Bulk Tables 4.3 and 4.4 to reflect this amendment.

Subsection 2.6.1(e) “RS-15” Residential Single Family

This zone provides for the development of single-family dwellings on existing small holdings in the fringe areas of urban centers or Two-Family dwellings as a conditional use.
