Qualification for Championships to all those placed 1st to 6th.

* CLASSES 1 & 2: COMPETITOR COMBINATIONS IN THESE CLASSES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER CLASSES 3, 4, 5 OR 6.

RULES & CONDITIONS:

SRC and / or the organising committee cannot be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, ponies, riders, owners, grooms, ground spectators or any other person or property whatsoever other than liability for refund of entry fee in the event of abandonment of the competition. Run under British Riding Club Rules.

RESTRICTED/OPEN:

Classes 3 to 6 will be split into OPEN and RESTRICTED sections if there are more than six starters. The RESTRICTED section is open only to combinations who have not been placed first or second at the height of the class or above more than three times or who have not been placed first or second at a Championship at the height of the class or above. The OPEN section is open to all, including horses/ponies and riders who are currently registered with British Showjumping. The appropriate classes at Championships will also be split accordingly.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and steward. All riders when riding, whether competing or not, must wear hard hats marked BS / EN 1384, PAS015 with a BSI Kitemark or prefixed with ASTM with an SEI mark or SNELL E2001 all worn with a strap properly adjusted and fastened. Correct dress & footwear to be worn. Horses & ponies must be 4 years old and over. Entries accepted at rider’s risk. The organisers reserve the right to refuse an entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever. The organisers’ decision is final.
