Final Module Proposal (Stage 2)

This form should be used to obtain UCL approval for the introduction of a new undergraduate or postgraduate module.
This form should be submitted, having received Departmental and Faculty approval. This can be evidenced with the appropriate signatures.
Evidence is also required of external scrutiny by a suitably qualified person (e.g. by the External Examiner or a person whom it would be appropriate to appoint as an External Scrutineer).
The latest date for the submission of paperwork for the approval of new modules is the 28th February 2018 for the 2018/ 2019 academic session.
