1. Open Days

You are allowed a maximum of 3 visits to Open Days during school time. Please complete this form to request time away from school and include reasons why you particularly want to attend this Open Day. This form should include an explanation of why you wish to go, with signatures from both/all your subject teachers agreeing to you missing lessons; it must then be handed to Mrs Davis or Miss Bevan to authorise. We will check that you are ok to miss a day of school and then sign your form to agree that you may go. Absence will not be authorised without this form being signed.
