IMPORTANT NOTE:

During the Fire Hire Selection process, positions vacated as a result of an incumbent taking a new job will be “backfilled” immediately. This has two important consequences:

1. Applicants must understand that if they accept a new position during Fire Hire, declining at a later date may not be possible as their vacated position may have been filled and no longer be available.

2. Individuals should apply to all positions and all locations that they are interested in, regardless of whether or not the position is currently vacant. A position / location not listed aboveas vacant may become vacant as a result of the backfill process.
