Create Your Own Government

Your group will be assigned a type of government. To create your government you must include the following things:

  1. Set 10 rules for the new government
  1. Write a one page argument to convince your citizens (Ms. Thompson) that the laws you have selected are fair and good
  1. Explain why your leader or group has the right to rule (1/2 page)

In all, your group will turn in 3 pieces of paper (laws, argument, explanation). Make sure that the handwriting is legible. If I can’t read it, I don’t grade it.

Put all group members’ names on the top of the first page as well as the type of government you were given.
