Working within the FundraisingDepartment, the Corporate Partnerships Team works to build and manage collaborations with a range of corporate partners including income-generating partnerships, advocacy and awareness-raising partnershipslinked to key policy areas, and corporate adoptions.

Main tasks:

  1. Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to increase Corporate income by £250K over the financial year.
  1. Research, develop, manage and enhance relationships with new and existing corporate partners and affiliates.
  1. Liaise with internal and external partners to secure collateral for the delivery of partnership comms, marketing and social media output.
  1. Enable the Corporate Partnerships Manager to fulfil their required function and ensure that they receive appropriate and timely information and advice on all relevant matters.
  1. Develop and deliver new and existing corporate products.

Main Duties:

  1. Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager to increase Corporate income by £250K over the financial year.

•Contribute towards achieving organizational growth by increasing unrestricted income and overall income.

•Assist the Corporate Partnerships Manager in implementing the corporate fundraising strategy, achieving the income target and other Key Performance Indicators.

  1. Research, develop, manage and enhance relationships with new and existing corporate partners.

•Carry out research into companies, industries and products to support new partnership development with companies with an affinity to WDC.

•Developcreative retention/stewardship plans for current corporate partners to maintain and grow existing relationships.

•Day to day management and support for small to medium sized partnerships and affiliates

•Represent WDC to external bodies, influential contacts and supporters in order to generate commitment as appropriate.

•Liaise with Policy, Individual Giving, Events and Communicationscolleagues on opportunities to assist the development of corporate partnerships

3.Liaise with internal and external partners to secure collateral for the delivery of partnership comms, marketing and social media output.

•Develop plans and direct relationships with partners to secure collateral for social media etc and copy for social media, news items and the website

•Work closely with internal colleagues on partner-linked planned and reactive PR, Comms and socials opportunities

4. Enable the Corporate Partnerships Manager to fulfil their required function and ensure that they receive appropriate and timely information and advice on all relevant matters.

•Provide administrative/research support to the Corporate Partnerships Manager.

•General partnerships administration, including mailings to corporate supporters, donation processing and database management.

•Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager with the preparation of reports and updates for SMT and external partners.

•Assist in the organisation and running of Corporate and other Major Giving events.

•Carry out any other tasks as required within the role and the Fundraising and Marketing Department.

  1. Development and delivery of new and existing corporate products.

•Promote and manage the corporate adoption programme.

•Product development, including creating and delivering opportunities for corporate giving and events.
