TUNNER SUPPORT SITE REQUIREMENTS
DRS is deploying a new support portal to maintain and communicate with the more than 80 sites that the Tunner resides at today.
As part of this effort, we have utilized new Oracle ERP functionality and modules.
We have designed better security to safeguard the data associated with this support effort. This safeguard will require each site to allow for a direct “tunnel” between the site and a specific server hosted by DRS. We will also be using sophisticated Oracle authentication and password logic to improve our security efforts.
We will need for each site to allow:
Port 8001 IP 199.73.80.220 Used for testing
Port 8000 IP 199.73.80.218 After GoLive
This is not a general use of this access point, but a machine (server-to-server) to machine access.
Please enable these ports in order to continue the support for this important supply chain link for Tunner. This effort was supported and authorized by the Tunner PMO.
