At the completion of our one-day tryout we will read the numbers of the 25 players who will represent the Delaware County team. Upon announcing the final team we will distribute hats. Shirt sizes and number requests will also be taken.

Welcome to the tryout for the Delaware County Carpenter Cup team. Our franchise consists of players from the Central League and Del/Val Leagues. Please review the material in this packet and make sure to meet all deadlines!
The outline below should answer any questions you may have:
1)At the Saturday tryout you must bring the following:
- Two checks, both payable to: Delco Cup Team. A check in theamount of $50, which pays for your jersey and hat. A second check in the amount of $10 will cover operational costs and is non-refundable. If you do not make the team your $50 will not be collected. Do not combine the Checks! Cash is accepted as well.
- A Signed Release and Waiver Form. Available at
2)Profile Sheet – To be completed after tryouts by the 25 players on the team no later
than Tuesday, May 30th. The website address to access this information is If you did not take the SAT’s enter 0.
3)You must wear plain white pants with belt loops on game days. Wear game shirt, belt, socks and hat.
4)You must be available for all dates of competition listed on the first page. One loss will eliminate us from the tournament.
5)No injured player will be permitted to tryout without written permission from a physician.
6)Tickets are $5. If you hold onto your ticket and present it at our second game, there is no charge. Games at CBP are $5. Again, hold onto your ticket and the finals are free. Only beverages will be sold at FDR Park. There are restrooms available.
