Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck to Conduct Mutual Aid Fire Drill
COLTS NECK, NJ, May 5, 2010. Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck, a proud member of the world’s finest portfolio of golf and family Country Clubs, is proud to announce the Club will be conducting a Mutual Aid Fire Drill on Monday, May 17, 2010 at approximately 7:00PM.
“The safety, security and well being of our members, invited guests, management and staff are equally as important as the world-class services we render on a daily basis,” said John J. Roberts, General Manager/COO, Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck. “In addition to a staff that is trained (annually) in emergency medical initial response disciplines, including CPR, AED and First Aid, we are proud to add fire awareness and safety procedures to our portfolio of proactive safety measures.”
The Mutual Aid Fire Drill will include the Colts Neck Volunteer Fire Department and the Fire Department from Naval Weapons Station Earle. The purpose of the drill is threefold: 1) enables the Fire Departments to familiarize themselves with the property, 2) provides Colts Neck Township with an area where the Fire Department can practice their prevention and rescue techniques and 3) enables Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck management and staff to practice their safety procedures. The exercise is expected to lastapproximately 1 ½ hours.
“Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck has established itself as a good, conscientious neighbor to those in the immediate Colts Neck, NJ area and beyond,” said Mike Romano, Colts Neck, NJ Fire Department Chief. “Members and frequent guests of the Club come from across the state of New Jersey. Working together to proactively ensure the safety of those on Club property is of tremendous value to public safety organizations, like the Fire Department, that are ‘on call’ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
