TRISH Practice Checklist

About this checklist:Practices will need to use a new software, the Referral Portal for submitting referrals to TRISH, The Referral Information and Support Hub.

Individuals in the practice who will besubmitting referrals (GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, or Administrative staff) need to be set up with a secure username and password linked to their nhsnet email.

This checklist collects information on the number and details of theReferral Portal users (i.e. referrers) for each practice and how best to organise the related training.

Training on Referral Portal
The training on the Referral Portal takes 30-40 minutes and will be provided in your practice at a time suitable for you over January 2018 and February 2018.The trainer and TRISH team will connect with the practice manager to organise this training

To Note – The Referral Portal software will be remotely installed in all your practice’s PCs and laptops over December 2017. The colorful icon below will appear on the computer’s desktop. The users in your practice will be trained on how to access the software during their training. Please contact the TRISH team if the software is not on your practice’s computers before your training date.
