TCA/Al’s Bella Vista Chicken Dinner & Wing Ding: TCA's Chicken Dinner and Wing Ding at Al's Bella Vista in La Salle isWednesday, February 1stfrom 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Take the night off from cooking and enjoy a great dinner with family and friends!! Meal includes Delicious 1/4 Chicken (or Chicken Strips) Fires and Salad or 10 Battered or Naked Wings with choice of following sauces: Mild, Sweet Asian or BBQ. (No splitting flavors on Wings). Winter Sports Pictures: Pictures will be Monday, January 9th in the gym promptly starting at 3:00. Order of pictures will be:
Scholastic Bowl (Khakis with white or blue top)
Boys 7/8 Bowling (Khakis with white or blue top)
Volleyball
Cheerleading
If not ordering individual or team pictures please still attend so we have a team picture for the yearbook.
Catholic Schools Week: Catholic Schools week is January 30th through February 4th. Our Family Fun Night is Saturday, February 4th. Complete details of all the activities scheduled for Catholic Schools week will be in next week’s newsletter.

Student Excellence Award: Congratulations to Mia Mazzoranana!! Mia is an 8th Grader at TCA and will be awarded the Student Excellence Award from the La sale County Regional Superintendent’s Office on December 19th. Mia was selected for this award based on: (1) her demonstration of community service at her respective school district, (2) her image of social and civic responsibility within the school community and (3) her attitude and good work ethic. A plaque will be presented to Mia on December 19th at the County Board meeting at 1:00 p.m. at the La Salle County Courthouse. TCA is very proud of Mia!!!
Beer & Wine Tasting Event: We would like to thank all the TCA families who helped mak our Beer, Wine and Holiday Cocktail tasting this past weekend a Huge Success!! Without all your generosity and attendance, we could not have put this event on. Rudy’s liquor was instrumental in the tasting and even helped us with pre-sale of tickets. We Thank You!! Many of our TCA parents donated wine bottles, appetizers and raffle basket items that were crucial to the success, again…We Thank You!! We would also to thank Chrintine Kasprowicz, our art teacher and Mrs. Trench and Miss Katie for providing the wonderful Children art work and snowflakes that beautifully decorated the gym. We thank Cindy Strait for the absolutely beautiful decorations she made for our event. It gave us the Winter Wonderland feel we wanted to create. Most of all we would like to thank the committee members for all the behind the scene time spent on putting the event on, like obtaining donations, preparing raffles, the set up before and after the event. Without you the event would not have happened. We hope to continue this fundraiser in the upcoming years with your continued support and can’t wait to watch it grow. Here’s to next year!!!
Fannie May: Thank you to everyone who ordered Fannie May! Details regarding the Cash Machine will come home soon. Katie & Kian Zeller were the top sellers and Lillian Pollnow was the 2nd top seller. Congratulations to all for making this fundraiser a huge success!!
Box Tops App: There’s a new app that allows us to earn even more Box Tops. Please consider downloading and using the free Box Tops bonus app. Then you can scan your store receipts on certain products for more box tops. Thanks, everyone, for getting our Box Tops year off to a success!
