Canzano Building Company, Inc. was formed by brothers Nick and Rob Canzano in 1991 with a vision to build quality homes at a reasonable price in the greater Southeastern Michigan area. JDM Building Company, LLC was founded by Domenic and Joseph Mancinelli, as a father and son team, with the same vision. Since that time, while completing the construction of over 600 new homes together and the development of numerous new home communities in the Tri-County area, they have seen that vision become a reality.
Emphasis on high quality standard features, as well as a generous offering of optional (upgraded) features has become the hallmark of their approach in creating value in new home construction. Historically, when comparing the standard features offered by other builders in similar communities, one will find that our standard features far exceed those of other builders in terms of not only product specifications and product selection but in terms of brand recognition as well. The Principals of Canzano Building Companies are Nicholas Canzano and Robert Canzano. They have been in the construction business for over 20 years and have an extensive background in the home building industry.
The Principals of JDM Building Company are Nick Mancinelli, who has been involved with sewer and water-main construction, land development and home building for 40 years. His son, Joe Mancinelli, has been in the construction business for over 20 years and has a well-rounded background in the home building industry.
Three of the partners are graduates of a major university and hold degrees in civil engineering and business administration.
