If you sign up to complete the BTEC Level 4 Professional Award in Coaching for Driver Development we require personal details from you that include your name, address and date of birth, in order to register you with Pearson, the Awarding Body. We also store information on your progress with the completion of assignments for the purposes of Standards Verification with Pearson.

Payment processing for our events or training products and all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information, to maintain the safety of personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider (WorldPay) and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed inappropriately.

We also limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a need to know in order for our service to be provided. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
