Form 1:
Email return of this form by May 6 will establish that you wish to purchase and contract with us on the delivery of the identified services.
Following your return of thiscompleted Annual Contract Registrationform, a single contract will be drawn up and returned to you for signing.
This contract will encompass all the services you wish to purchase on an Annual basis for the coming year. Alongside this you will be sent a single invoice for the total sum of the annual contracts you have entered into.
Form 2:
Following your return of the completed Non Annual Contract Registration form,you will be contacted by the individual service areas. They will go through your requirements with you, and help arrange the purchase of any offerin keeping with your school’s needs.
