Class 19.00am start / Novice Winter Team Show Jumping BRC Area 1 Qualifier for Seniors and Juniors.
Entry Fee £60 per team Medical Cover £3 per rider

RULES
1. The event is run under British Riding Club Rules for Area Qualifiers.
2. Copies of Flu Vaccinations MUST be sent with entry to organisers and Originals MUST be brought on the day of the competition and shown to the Organisers one hour before the competition starts.
If a horse / pony competed at the Summer Qualifiers, the Flu Vac. will be recorded on the Area 1 Flu Vac. Database, so there is no need to send photocopies with the entry UNLESS there has been a more recent annual booster. If so, send a photocopy of the page showing the booster date.
3. Riding Club Membership Cards must be shown to the event organisers on the day.
4. Competitors must wear BRC tagged hats.
5. Please state on entry form if your team is Junior or Senior.
6. In the event of the competition being cancelled, a percentage of the entry fee will be refunded.
7. All entries must be made through your Riding Club Secretary to BOTH BRC HQ and Ayr Riding Club. The entry to BRC HQ should be made in accordance with the British Riding Club schedule and the Prelim Entry date specified by BRC: FRIDAY 16th OCTOBER. Club entries must be received by Ayr Riding Club no later than Tuesday 3rd November.
Hat Tagging will be available on the day however it is advisable to check on www.brcarea1.co.uk for compliance.
Rosettes: Rosettes will be awarded from 1st – 6th places.
Photographer: Equiscot Photography will be on site.
Catering: Will be available on site.
