2017 QRIS 3.0 Think Tank In-Person Meeting

TRAVEL AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION
REGISTRATION FORM: We will fund two (2) participants per state to attend this in-person meeting and you can send up to two (2) additional participants at the state’s cost. All participants, both BUILD funded and state funded should complete the online registration form NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, MARCH 24 in order to confirm your participation in the 2017 QRIS 3.0 Think Tank In-Person Meeting. HOTEL: We will make hotel reservations for everyone in the group room block at the hotel. Please complete the online registration form at the link above to ensure proper reservations are made on your behalf. Please do not contact the hotel directly to book your room. Hotel room and tax charges during your stay will be paid for by the BUILD Initiative. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Internet access in all sleeping rooms is included at no extra charge. All meetings and overnight hotel accommodations will take place at:

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS: BUILD will cover airline or train travel to the meeting (or pay mileage if driving) for 2 staff per state. Participants must book flights through Travel Leaders. When you use Travel Leaders, tickets for participants will be billed directly to BUILD, ensuring more cost effective pricing. If you are driving to the meeting BUILD will reimburse you for mileage at the standard federal rate.
ITINERARIES: Please book your flight itineraries to arrive in Dallas on Sunday, June 25. The meeting will begin at 8:30 am on Monday, June 26 and will conclude on Tuesday, June 27 at noon, so please plan flights that depart Dallas after 2:00 pm. (Please see note below if you are also attending the QRIS National Meeting.)
GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
· From Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport: The Hilton Anatole Hotel is 14 miles or approximately 20 minutes away. A taxi is approximately $40.00 one way and the Super Shuttle is $19.00 one way.
· From Dallas Love Field: The Hilton Anatole Hotel is 6 miles or approximately 10 minutes away. A taxi is approximately $20.00 one way and the Super Shuttle is $17.00 one way.

WEATHER: In June, the average high temperature for Dallas is 90°F and the average low is 74°F. Hotel banquet rooms are usually cool, so you might want to bring a light jacket or sweater.
QRIS National Meeting: We invite you to stay for the week and attend the QRIS National Meeting while you are in Dallas. You can register for that meeting here. Register by March 15th to take advantage of the early bird price.
If you are attending the QRIS National Meeting in addition to the QRIS 3.0 Think Tank Meeting, please note:
1. We will make your hotel reservations for both meetings so when completing the registration for the Think Tank, please include your check out date at the end of the QRIS Meeting. We will pay for Sunday and Monday nights and you will be asked to provide a credit card at check-in to pay for the additional nights.
2. We will make the reservations and pay for your flights whether you’re attending both meetings or just the Think Tank meeting. Please use the instructions above to book your flights.
