TRAUMA PREVENTION COALITION ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM

The Trauma Prevention Coalition is seeking to present three evidence-based injury prevention programs in the areas of violence, geriatric falls, and distracted driving prevention/ intervention for presentation at the Injury Prevention Coordinators Symposium and Summit to be held in Las Vegas Nevada at the Wynn Hotel on September 9, 2015.

If you have such a program and would like to be featured at this unique event, please consider submitting an abstract outlining the program’s content and the evidence that supports its effectiveness. The program and research that supports it can have been previously published or presented elsewhere. A selection committee of the Trauma Prevention Coalition will choose three entries, one in each area of interest. Each presentation will be 10 minutes with an additional 10 minutes for expert commentary and audience questions.
