TABLE TOP PARTICPANT FACT SHEET FOR SPONSORS / EXHIBITORS

Parking / There is almost no parking at the Illini Union that is available during the conference. However, short-term metered spaces are available in the circle drive for exhibitors to use to drop off exhibit materials. Parking spots will be reserved for all exhibitors on Tuesday, February 28, and Wednesday, March 1, in lot D5 of the University.
Set-up / Monday, February 27, from 1:00 – 5:00 pm and Tuesday, February 28, beginning at 6:30 am in the Illini Union Ballroom. Please locate your boxes, shipping containers underneath your table and/or out of public view at all times & locations.
Exhibitor Space / One 6’ banquet table, covered & skirted on three sides (white linen) will be provided in each location. Power will be available. Booth locations will be on the perimeter of the room. All exhibitors must use the space provided.
Exhibit Events / Tuesday 7:00 am Continental Breakfast, mid-morning refreshment break, light lunch, mid-afternoon refreshment break & evening Exhibit-Mixer event with complimentary beer, wine & appetizers. Wednesday 7:00 am Continental Breakfast and mid-morning break.
Attendance / Overall attendance is anticipated to be over 1,000 for the conference and 400 for the mixer event.
Tear-Down / After the morning break on Wednesday, around 11am.

Space Signing / Each space/table will have a small sign identifying the exhibitor assignment. Please do not change the assignments.
Event Signing & Advertising / Several large signs announcing the participating sponsors / exhibitors will be located throughout the Illini Union and at the Mixer event. Sponsors and Exhibitors are listed on our website, http://theconf.com.
