Dear Parents

Transfer to MNS-R Year 1 from Ishbilia Foundation 2016/2017

The school is now receiving applications for the 2016/2017 academic year and as part of your registration agreement with us at Ishbilia Kindergarten, you are being offered a place in year 1 at the Multinational school. It is important to establish who is transfering in September to ensure we have the correct number of classes and staff.

Please return the attached registration form to the Registrar at Ishbilia Kindergarten, no later than 29th February 2016.

To secure your child’s placement within the Multinational school, we will require a registration fee of 2500SR for each student, payable before 28th April 2016. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that your placement is not guaranteed unless the registration fee is paid by this date.

Please be aware that:

This deposit is non-refundable.
No placements will be held without payment of the deposit by the due date.
No exceptions will be made.

IF YOU MAKE THE PAYMENT ELECTRONICALLY, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE US WITH THE TRANSFER RECEIPT SO WE CAN MATCH YOUR PAYMENT TO OUR RECORDS.

To enable a smooth transfer to the Multinational school, we will require some additional information and documentation from you. I have included the details with this letter and would be grateful if you could provide everything by the 28th April along with your payment.If your child is of Saudi Arabian Nationality then you will need to apply to the Ministry of Education for approval to attend the Multinational school. A form will be provided for you to take with you.

Please note:

If your child is leaving the school please provide us with the leaving date and other details as indicated on the form.

Students are required to complete a leaving form. Transfer letters and book deposits will be issued once the leaving form is completed showing all fees are paid and all books are returned. We need at least 2 weeks’ notice to be able to carry out this procedure.

Please take the time to complete and return the registration form to me by 29th February 2016, and make sure the payment and other documents are returned by the 28th April 2015.
