Intro to GIS Classes (Jane)
DSIWM in April 29-30 (Christina and Aaron) Did this happen?
No it did not happen; postponed due to drought emergency workload.
DES – June or July, they have enough students for 2 classes, Marcia will assist.
What is the need for additional Intro to GIS Classes? We will ask Training Office.
Update: September. Full roster with a waitlist
Python for ArcGIS class has been developed by Jeff Galef of FESSRO.
Esri User Conference, July 14-18, 2014

-an outreach event for non-GIS folks with a fair-like format (exhibits, info tables)
-GIS Professional Development Day, with a continuing-education focus
-one Esri presentation and an open-source thing
Present some interesting applications – user presentations
What services are available to us?
Let’s meet after UC for a brainstorming session – mid-August
