1. Call to order

2. Motion to reconsider the granting of the Swanson Variance: Steven D. Swanson & Autumn N. Hollenkamp, 823 Sheridan Rd., Kenosha, WI 53140 (Owner) received a variance of (Section V. A. 12.27-6(e): which states that all accessory structures shall be located in the side or rear yard only and Section IV. C. 12.21-3(g)1: which states that all structures shall be located no less than 65 feet from the right-of-way of a State Trunk Highway in the R-3 Urban Single-Family Residential Dist.) to construct a 24’ x 40' detached garage to be located in the street yard (required side or rear yard only) and to be located 15 feet (required setback 65 feet) from the right-of-way of STH "32" (Sheridan Road) on Tax Key Parcel #83-4-223-082-0230, NW 1/4 of Section 8, T2 N, R23 E, Village of Somers. FYI – E side of STH 32 (823 Sheridan Rd.) appx. 250 feet S of the intersection of 8th St. and STH 32 (Sheridan Rd.).
