THE TOWN COUNCIL FOR THE TOWN OF DISH, TEXAS WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING, AND A REGULAR MEETING ON MONDAY, MARCH 9, 2009 AT 7:00 P.M. AT DISH TOWN HALL, 5413 TIM DONALD ROAD, DISH, TEXAS.

PUBLIC HEARING

1. Call to order.

2. Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Roll call.

4. Public Comment.

The council will hear public comment from interested persons related to the proposed zoning change from Agriculture to Conditional Use to install a Metering Station on a certain area of land within the George and Elsie Bennett property located generally on Tim Donald Rd totaling 34.97 acres.

REGULAR MEETING

1. Call to order.

3. Public Comment.

The council will hear public comment related to both agenda and non-agenda items. Only citizens who have signed the applicable sign-in sheet will be permitted to address the council, and each such person will be permitted to address the council only once. Each citizen will be permitted to speak for two minutes. Individuals will be called in the order that their names appear on the sign-in sheet.

Under the laws of the State of Texas, the council is not permitted to discuss non-agenda items. The council is only permitted to recite statements of fact and city policies; no discussion is

ACTION ITEMS

4.  Presentation by HALFF engineering for possible engineering services.

5.  Consideration and any action necessary to approve Wopac Construction to perform repairs on Meadow Ranch Rd.

6.  Consideration and any action necessary to enter into a contract with Dale Beale to install street signs for $50.00 per sign.

7.  Consideration and any action necessary to approve instillation of a street light on Chisum Rd.

8.  Consideration and any action necessary to approve the minutes from February 9, 2009.

9.  Discussion and any action necessary to approve a Right-of-Way agreement with Devon Energy.

10.  Monthly Financial Report by Dalessa Vardell.

11. Adjourned.

The Town Council may convene into executive session to discuss posted items as allowed by the Texas Open Meeting Act. LGC.551.071
