Dear Councillor,

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Spilsby Town Council to be held on

28th September 2017 in the Council Chamber, Franklin Hall, Halton Road, Spilsby commencing at 7.00 pm.

There will be a public forum for a maximum of 15 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Following which, a maximum of a further 10 minutes will be set aside for the meeting to receive reports of the Police and elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council (oral, tabled and as attached). Note: This session will not be minuted.

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting.

  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation.(ALL)
  1. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 27th July2017and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

6.To consider the proposal made by the Town Hall Management Committee for the Town Clerk to move inot the old ELDC offices and to rent the office next to the Council Chamber (emailed 22 Sept 2017)

8.To authorise change of bank signatories to include Cllrs Gale, Mangion and Taylor (DM)

9.To authorise regular contractual payments (DM)

10.To receive update on the current position regarding the Church Wall (EH)

11.To receive update on the current position regarding the CCTV system (TT/PG)

12.To receive update on the current position regarding the Christmas Lights switch on (AW)

a.to agree the date for the switch on.

b.to agree expenditure for the purchase of signage, traffic cones, lights and other equipment as detailed.

13.To approve delegates for LALC AGM to he held on 17th October 2017 at Cranwell Village Hall.

14.To consider and approve payment of £100 for the re-vetting of the Tourist Attraction/Facility signing for Spilsby Historic Market Town.

15.To authorise the signing of orders for payment and to note income August/September 2017/
