Remember, it is required to submit a final report showing the results of the project once it is completed. The final report shall include the number of room nights generated and the method you use to track the room nights, a summary of marketing programs implemented with local lodging establishments, a summary of collaborative efforts with Visit Spokane and/or Spokane Sports Commission, your successes and samples of printed, online or other marketing materials.

If you are granted funds, any changes to dates or other details of this application must be approved by sending a formal request to the Spokane Hotel and Motel Commission.
