*Cancellation received 30 days before the tour : 100% refund
*Cancellation received 7~29 days before the tour : 20% of the listed tour fee
*Cancellation received 2~6 days before the tour : 30% of the listed tour fee
*Cancellation received 1 day before the tour : 50% of the listed tour fee
*Cancellation received on that day or no-show : 100% of the listed tour fee
Pre & Post-Congress Tours
*Cancellation received 30 days before the tour : 100% refund
*Cancellation received 7~29 days before the tour : 20% of the listed tour fee
*Cancellation received 1~6 days before the tour : 30% of the listed tour fee
*Cancellation received on that day or no-show : 50% of the listed tour fee
2. Tour fees will NOT be charged to your credit card until the minimum of 10 people is reached.
