SPECIAL CONDITIONS

LARVACIDAL OPERATIONS

  1. Larvacidal continuous operations shall be carried out weekly throughout the year (during the period of contract) in and around the areas. In case of any failure in carrying out the operations to the satisfaction, PROPORTIONATE recoveries will be effected.
  1. Larvacidal continuous operations shall be carried out to ensure no trace of larva at any instant of time.
  1. Required staff with a Technical Supervisor shall be engaged on the Larvacidal operations.

ADULT MOSQUITO SPRAY & INSECTICIDAL SPRAY

  1. During these operations it shall absolutely be necessary to treat all the gully traps, inspection chambers, manholes etc.
  1. The operations shall be at the convenience of the residents.
  1. For any reasons if the operations have not been carried out in any particular quarter, no payment will be made.
  1. Payments will be made subject to the submission of a satisfactory report from the occupant of the quarter after a week from the date of spray.
  1. The agency shall extend all necessary help to the resident during the course of operations.
  1. If there are any further lapses on the agency, PROPORTIONATE recoveries will be effected.
  1. The undersigned reserves the right of imposing any special conditions to cover up any sort of lapses in the nature and scope of the execution of work before the time of acceptance of tender and as well as during the execution. The rates for the same will be worked out as per the current rules and will also form a part of the agreement. The decision of the undersigned in the above will be binding on the contractor.
  1. The proposed treatments are for a period of 12 months from the date of commencement of the work.

  1. Any further details required can be had at the office of the Manager (Civil), Services, Township Administration, BHEL, Hyderabad-502 032.
  1. The contractor has to produce the necessary certificates to the effect that the chemicals proposed to be used by them for the purpose indicated above, have already been duly approved by the Government or by any other competent authority.
  1. Guarantee aspects towards the effectiveness of the operation for larva, adult mosquito and other insects may also be furnished along with the schedule.
  1. Special conditions, if any, to cover the lapses on both the parties will be worked out and supplemented to the agreement at the time of finalization of tenders.
  1. Each fogging operation must be completed within four days covering the entire area engaging sufficient No. of foggers and as per the advice of the department supervisors concerned.
