TOPIC: SPARKLERS DANCE TEAM
The Sparklers will hold their annual team tryouts on Friday, May 8th at EVHS. If you love to dance, perform and travel then tryout for the 2015-2016 East View Sparklers Dance Team. There will be mandatory informational meetings on Wednesday, April 29th, and Thursday, April 30th at 6:30 in the EVHS Lecture Hall. Please bring a parent, a wallet size photograph, a copy of your report card for this year with you to the meeting. We will be teaching a high kick sequence that night so dress in comfortable clothes. If you are interested in being a part of this high energy, dynamic and award winning team, then come by the front office for more information. Information and brochures are available at the receptionist’s desk.
TOPIC: GEORGETOWN LACROSS
The Georgetown Lacrosse team (a team composed of both EVHS and GHS students) won the District Championship today over Westlake with a score of 12-7.

TOPIC: GRADUATION ACCESSORIES
Caps & Gowns will be delivered on Friday, May 8th during lunch 12:00 to 2:15 in same place.
You must have your BALANCE DUE in order to pick up your merchandise. Any students who have not yet ordered for graduation or class ring may do so at the same time and place
TOPIC: RUBY SLIPPER
Senior Girls: Consider donating your prom dress to the Ruby Slipper and help us to help the girls of the Class of 2016. Also, we have dresses available for graduation.
The Ruby Slipper is looking for female students interested in being on the executive committee for the 2015-2016 school year. Come by the front office and pick up an application.
TOPIC: OFFICE AIDE APPLICATION
If you selected Office Aid as a course for next year, please complete the Office Aid application and return it to the guidance office by Friday, May 1st. If you no longer have the office aid application you may pick one up from the guidance office. Students who have not completed an application and returned it to their counselor by May 1st will be assigned to another elective.
TOPIC: SPANISH HONOR SOCIETY
"Have you completed more than 2 years of Spanish classes? Then you might qualify for our brand new chapter of National Spanish Honor Society! See any Spanish teacher for information. Forms are due by Wednesday!"
TOPIC: SORORITY RECRUITMENT 2015-2016
There will be a meeting for all Georgetown and East View High School girls that are interested in participating in sorority recruitment next fall. This will be a workshop held by the Georgetown Area Panhellenic Association at the Georgetown Public Library on April 27 at 6:00 pm in room 211. Please bring your web-enabled device (laptop, tablet, smart phone, etc.). Parents and potential recruits are invited to learn about the process and forms involved in sorority recruitment 2015-2016.
