Arizona / Arizona does not have a mobile app per se. Our site was redesigned in 2015 to be used on any device without requiring a special app.

Washington / Washington State has had a mobile app since 2010, but it's only a search tool. It allows customers to lookup entity registrations and charitable organizations displaying basic data like: name, dates, registered agent, governors.....

Additional comments:
Hi, Shawnzia.
We prepared an overview of eGov services provided by the states. I've attached the report, it is on our DC Connections page. According to our research, there are two states with some type of mobile app related to business services. NC and WA. You might want to reach out to them. There may be others since Jan 2015, but this will give you a start.
Best,
Leslie
