Bidders should submit two different envelopes (i.e. Technical Bid anbd Financial Bid.) (I) in the 1st envelope the documents which are required i.e. Terms and conditions, Demand Draft, PAN card, Adhar Card, firm Registration Certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Sales Tax/VAT/TIN Clearance certificate, Food and Drug Certificate etc. Is called the Technical Bid. (II) In the second envelope should submit the Rate list which is called financial bid. Both the envelope must kept in a big envelop and sealed and on the top of the envelope should be written in block letters “ Tender for------.’’

The rate/ Price should be written as per the list of items and specification attached herewith and on the letter head of the firm with TIN/CST/VAT/ Licence number .The rate price should be included of all taxes. All the materials should be F.O.R. to Vidyalaya, No any tax or transporting charges will be paid by the Vidyalaya.

The Vidyalaya is not bound to accept the lowest rate tender. The Vidyalaya Committee will decideon the basis of the quality of materials which will be purchased. In this regard the Vidyalaya reserve the rights.

In respect to supply of furniture items, label should be fixed by the supplier on eachfurniture with name of the firm and date of making of furniture.

The EMD amount shown payable at SBI chamorshi in the tender should be in the name of Principal, JawaharNavodaya Vidyalaya , Gadachiroli payable at Chamorshi through Demand Draft only . Cash or cheque should not be accepted. The tender will be rejected/cancelled without demand draft of EMD amount.

After approved of the tender the bidder must deposit 10% security amount to the vidyalaya which will be adjusted with EMD. After Six (06) month from the completion of the tender period, the security amount will be refunded. For this act, any type of interest shall not be payable by the Vidyalaya. After accepting the Tender ifthe tenderer is not able to supply the items to the Vidyalaya , in this situation the Security Amount/EMD will be forfeited and can be processed according to the General Financial Rules.

After approval of the tender if the bidder does not supply the items/material within the due date/deadline, such materials / items shall be purchased from the open market by the Vidyalaya and difference amount if any will be deducted from the SD/EMD. If the bidder supplied the materials/items after the due date/deadline in such a situation 1% per month amount for the total supply will be deducted from the payment.

Materials should be supplied according to the supply order and sample. If the materials not supplied according to supply order and sample will not be accepted by the Vidyalaya and any payment or transporting charges will not be paid by the vidyalaya.

Approved tender rate should be effective up to 30/04/2018. If any need basis it will be extended for one or two months which will be binding onsupplier. Tender rate once approved any changes will not be accepted until the end of the tender. The free gift will be given to the Vidyalaya with the materials, if company declared time to time.

The payment will be paid through cheque within 10-15 days after supplyof the materials . Payment above Rs. 25,000/- should be directly deposited to the suppliers account through online RTGS/ NEFT. If any changes by the Government will be accepted by the suppliers. For this purpose the supplier should provide Nationalised Bank Address, Bank Account Number, IFS Code etc. To the Vidyalaya .
