Dear prospective Commercial Booth Exhibitors/Food Vendors:
The Todd County Fair dates are set for July 19, 20, 21, and 22, 2007. The Todd County Fair Board would like to take this opportunity to invite you to take part in this annual event. Help us make this the best fair in the area by having a booth at our fair.
The Todd County Fair offers a free gate. There is good family entertainment, great food, clean buildings and grounds and an excellent carnival by Crescent City Amusements on the midway. The grandstand events include: Thursday night July 19th, Demolition Derby, Friday night July 20, Lawn Mower Races, Saturday night July 21, Tractor Pull which will include a few Truck Pull modified classes, and Sunday July 22, will be the second Demolition Derby starting at 5:00pm. Designated day events will be: Thursday, Day Care Day, Friday, Senior Citizens Day and Saturday, Kids Day. A walk/bike a thon, Pedal Pull, special area bands, Carnival events, 4-H and Open Class judging and again this year entertainment under the tent.
The booths are located in the Grandstand Building - $80.00 for 8 to 9 feet of frontage- 16 feet deep, Prairie Building- $80.00 for a 12 feet by 12 feet space. Electrical usage for booth exhibitors: 110amp out let in booth, any electrical requiring 15 amps to 30 amps is $5.00 per day. Outside Space- 20 feet by 14 feet, additional $2.00 per running foot if more than 20 feet is needed, Food Vendors-$125 plus $2.00 per running foot of frontage. Electrical fee 30 amps-$10.00 per day, 220 usage -$10.00 per day. RV hook-ups that are not part of booth display –electricity available at $5.00 per day. All outside booths must be up to State of Minnesota Electrical Codes and have own disconnect. One 110 amp electric outlet is provided with each booth. Power cords and equipment, tables, chairs, ect., are the responsibility of booth exhibitor’s and vendors.
All Booth Exhibitors/ Vendors must carry their own insurance. Please enclose a copy of your insurance. All booths must return the copy of the Minnesota Sales Tax Form ST 19. This must be on file at the Fair Secretary’s Office.
Booth setup dates are Wednesday July18, from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm or Thursday July 19, 9:00-2:00pm. All booths must be setup by 2:00 pm July 19th. The Commercial Exhibit Buildings will open to the public: Thursday at 2:00 pm, Friday at 1:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 pm (noon). The building will close at 10:00 pm. Two (2) parking passes will be issued per booth which you can pick up at the Secretary’s Office (located in the large building on the south end of the fairgrounds) when you set up your booth.
BOOTH RESERVATION FORMS AND TOTAL FEE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JUNE 1, 2007. We have an early bird discount of $20.00 if postmarked no later than May 15th, 2007. We have a first come first serve policy.

The Todd County Ag Society (ToddCounty Fair) prohibits the distribution of all stickers, pamphlets, literature, buttons or any other information materials, ect., on the grounds of the ToddCounty Fair . Materials must be distributed from your booth.
Thank you to those of you who’ve had a booth in the past, and welcome to those who will be new this year. Please send in your reservations forms, and payments by June 1, 2007. If you do not want a Commercial Booth please let me know. Please keep this letter in your file for future reference.
If someone you know has a business, product or project to promote or inform the public about, they will want to be at the 2007 Todd County Fair. Please have them call me and I will send them a booth registration packet too
