Humankind – human race - humanity

We urge the United Nations, the Commission on Human Rights, the Commission on the Rights of the Child, and the Committee on Human Rights to protect the right to life for everyone, including the most vulnerable.

The choices are life or death.

The term ‘murder’ jure gentium means the willful taking of an innocent human life.

Life is taken away from the most vulnerable through abortion, causing unnatural death or premature death.

It is deprivation of life. The right to life must be protected by law. The right to life may not exclude a certain people group from human rights.

Rights are to ensure the full enjoyment of the right to life by all individuals, including babies in the womb.

While women say ‘my body my choice’, women aren’t aborting “their body” – they are aborting a different being: a baby. It is not the mother’s arms and legs that get thrown in the garbage bin, but the baby’s.

The only use of the uterus is to provide a home for a baby – a child with unique DNA from day 1.

Human male sperm combined with human female egg lead to human life. For those who doubt that life starts at conception, check out http://sfuhl.org/k_appendix_1.htm

Regarding the draft General Comment No. 36 on article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Politicial Rights, on the right to life:

Paragraph 1 of article 6 of the covenant provides that no one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life, and that right shall be protected by law, laying the and foundation for States to respect and ensure the right to life.

52. Article 6, paragraph 5 prohibits the death penalty on persons below the age of 18, regardless of their age. Babies in the womb are under the age of 18, and are to be protected.

Paragraph 52 forbids the use of the death penalty on pregnant women. This is clearly due to the right to life of her unborn child, who may not be killed for whatever crime his father/mother may have committed.

We ask that this be reinstated back into paragraph 52, and paragraph 9 demanding legal access to killing a child in utero be deleted.

53. State parties must refrain from imposing the death penalty on individuals who have limited ability to defend themselves. Babies can’t defend themselves.

Article 1 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child defines a child as “every human being below the age of eighteen years” while the preamble takes into consideration the 1957 Declaration of the Rights of the Child treaty that children before and after birth are to be protected.

Numerous regional human rights treaties recognize the right to life, including Article 2(1) of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) “Everyone’s right to life shall be protected by law.”

Article 6 of the current International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) recognizes the individual's "inherent right to life", requiring it to be protected by law, and forbids the death penalty to be used on children and pregnant women.

Furthermore, article 2 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union states that everyone has a right to life, and that no one shall be condemned to the death penalty, or executed.

The European Court of Human Rights in the case of Vo v. France,[1] acknowledged that with scientific progress a growing consensus is emerging among Member States that the unborn child as part of the human race and worthy of some level of protection.[2]

The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), in Oliver Brüstle v. Greenpeace e.V., answered the question of what is meant by the term “human embryo”[3] when it came to patentability. (Embryo is simply a stage in our lives, like toddler, teenager, adult.)

The Oviedo Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine also recognizes the human embryo is a “human being [whose interests and welfare] shall prevail over the sole interest of society or science.”

Also, article 4.1 of the American Convention on Human Rights states that every person has the right to have his life respected. This right shall be protected by law and, in general, from the moment of conception. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life.

Furthermore, article 4 of the African Charter of Human and Peoples’ Rights states every human being shall be entitled to respect for his life and the integrity of his person.

Even the Universal Declaration of Human Rights[4] 1948, article 3, mentions that everyone has the right to life.

Conclusion

The Committee is urged to strike from the agenda the motion to adopt the Draft General Comment No. 36 on article 6 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights right to life, on the grounds that these induced abortions are crimes against humanity of a discriminated group: humans residing in the womb -- and to stop the barbaric feminist agenda to end their lives. I urge you to remove paragraphs 9 and 10 of the Draft General Comment as they threaten, rather than uphold, the right to life.

We also advise to recognize the sovereignty of States.

Abortion kills a living human being with beating hearts at 3 weeks. These babies are singled out and butchered to death. Should we ever be allowed to dismember or decapitate a child? Abortion mutilates a child, rips off their arms and legs, poisons or beheads a child with white brain mass oozing out as their heads are crushed.

The world is watching, and so is he who made the Higgs boson god-particle[5].

Thank you for your attention.
