To the parents of current CCMS 8th graders March 13, 2013

Dear Parents,

Measuring for promotion gowns has taken place in your child’s physical education class. Promotion gowns will cost $20.00. You may pay by cash or check. The last day to order and pay for the promotion gown will be Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Checks should be made payable to Cesar Chavez Middle School. Please put the check or cash in an envelope with this sheet included. Please indicate your child’s name on the outside of the envelope. Students should bring the envelope to the school office during break, before school or after school.

If you will be using a previous gown and DO NOT need to buy a gown, please indicate that on the form below and return the form with an envelope.
