Product Quality System

To register, transfer, or open a claim on a property please follow the steps outlined below.

·  Visit our online portal at www.warranty.owenscorning.com.

·  Select the Home Owner / Property Owner option.

·  If you are new to the system, you will need to create your own account.

o  Select the “Are you a new user?” button available and complete the registration form provided.

o  Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory Fields marked with double asterisk (**) means one of the marked fields are mandatory.

o  Be sure to select the Validate Address option. This ensures we have the most up to date information in our records.

o  Create a unique username and password.

§  Usernames cannot contain special characters.

§  Passwords should contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 special and 1 numeric character, and be a minimum of 6 characters.

o  Email verification will be sent confirming the new registration.

o  Contact or 1-800-766-3464 to have the account finalized.

§  The account must be finalized to ensure the property and username are linked.

·  If you are already signed up on the portal, log in with your username and password.

o  If you have forgotten your username or password, select the “Forgot password” option.

o  If you have not already linked the username and property, please contact or 1-800-766-3464 to have the account finalized.

·  Once logged in, simply select the desired action from the menu on the left including:

o  Registering a standard warranty.

o  Reviewing any registrations in progress.

o  Submit a warranty claim.

o  Review a warranty claim status.

o  Manage your user profile.
