Navigating to the Website

Ordering Forms

Your formswill be ready when you are! To order, just click on “Order Forms”. The followingpage will ask you which forms you need, how many, which class needs them, if a runner (3rd party) will be picking them up for you, and where they are going to be held. Please note that there is a limit of 500 forms for orders placed for pick up at the library; however, increments up to 5000 are available at Assessment Testing (University Center Building CRoom 1200). After your order has been submitted, it will be ready for pick up by the next business day. You can verify your order has been filled and is ready for pick up by calling us at (850)644-3017 or by e-mail: .

Modify your Form Order

The option to modify your order is also available. From the main page under the requested jobs table find your order. On the corresponding order line, just click “View Order.” On the next screen, click “Edit This Order” on the following screen you may update your order and save any changes.

The Scanning Process

First, drop off the completed exams/surveys at Assessment & Testing (UCC 1st floor through the double set of doors) or at Strozier Library Scholars Commons. To make it quick, have you or your runnerready to answer pertinent questions such as how to spell the last name of the instructor, how many questions are on the exam and the name of the answer key for each group. After you or your runner turn in the forms to be scanned, you can wait for it at Assessment & Testing or come back at a later time. We will notify you by e-mail that the order is ready for pick up. Jobs must be picked up before they are available for viewing.Exams that are dropped off at the library will not be available for viewing until after the run following when they were picked up. For example, if you drop your exam off on Monday morning, and it is returned to the library Monday afternoon and your runner picks it up shortly afterwards, the reports will not be available until Tuesday morning after our scheduled library run at the earliest. Library runs are made at 10:30am and 2:30pm Monday through Friday.

Your Reports and Data

Your reports will become available to you as soon as the order has been registered as picked up.To view your reports, from the main page, under the requested jobs table find your order. After your physical copies have been picked up, a “Get Reports” option will become available to you. From the “Get Reports” page you can review and print the reports you ordered, get copies of the raw data that was scanned, and even edit your answer key.

Instructions: Click inside the box below the question that needs to be changed. Blank answers are still accepted at this point (just leave a blank space). Use uppercase letters when make your changes. When finished, Press enter or the save changes button. To get your new reports, click on generate reports on the reports page.
