The role of "AARON" in the motion picture tentatively entitled "THE INTERVIEW."

(From Actor Agreement) 15. Celebrity Premiere. Provided that Artist has rendered all material services which Company may require and that neither Lender nor Artist is in material, uncured Default hereunder, Company shall invite: 15.1 Artist and three (3) guests to attend the major United States celebrity premiere of the Picture, if any; and, in connection therewith, if such premiere is held at a Location and Artist so attends, Company shall provide Artist and one (1) guest of Artist with first-class transportation (if available and if used) to and from such Location (by air, if appropriate) from Artist's primary residence, and shall provide Artist only with first-class hotel accommodations and travel expenses (including exclusive first-class ground transportation) consistent with Company's policies for an actor of Artist's stature, but no less favorable than as provided in this Agreement (which travel, accommodations and expenses shall in no event shall be less favorable than the travel, accommodations and expenses Company provides to the actor portraying the role of "Dave" in connection with the same); and 15.2 Artist and one (1) guest to attend all major foreign celebrity premieres of the Picture.

10.1 Transportation; Expenses. If Artist's services in connection with the Picture are required by Company on location more than fifty (50) miles from any location at which Artist maintains a residence ("Location") then, subject to Company's verification that Artist does not maintain a residence at such Location, then Artist shall be entitled to the following: (d) an all-inclusive, non-accountable per diem (in lieu of providing Artist with accommodations, meals and other living expenses) of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500) per week, prorated on the basis of a seven (7) day week. All travel and related arrangements shall be made by Company.

(From Producers’ Agreement) 12.3 In the event that Company invites any other producer(s) or other non-cast individual to (a) any major film festival(s) in which the Picture is entered in competition or being officially screened (if any) or (b) any foreign celebrity premieres (if any) of the Picture, then Company shall also invite each of Artist to (y) the applicable major film festival(s) and (z) the applicable foreign celebrity premiere(s); and, in connection therewith, in the event that (i) any such major film festival and/or any such foreign celebrity premiere is held at a Location and Artist so attends and (ii) Company provides transportation and/or expenses to any other producer(s) or other non-cast individual to the applicable major film festival and/or the applicable foreign celebrity premiere, then, Company shall also provide Artist with transportation and expenses to such major film festival(s) and/or foreign celebrity premiere(s), as applicable.

The following sets forth the agreement ("Agreement") between COLUMBIA PICTURES INDUSTRIES, INC. ("Company"), on the one hand, and, on the other hand, and DIGBY DOGWOOD INC. ("DDI"), for the producing services of EVAN GOLDBERG ("Goldberg"), in connection with the motion picture project currently entitled "THE INTERVIEW" ("Picture").

12. UNITED STATES PREMIERES/FILM FESTIVALS. Provided that Artist has rendered all material services which Company may require and that neither Lender nor Artist is terminated for Default, Company shall: 12.1 Invite each of Artist and one (1) personal companion of each of Artist to all United States celebrity premieres (if any) ofthe Picture; and in connection with one (1) such United States celebrity premiere, if such premiere is held at a Location and Artist so attends, Company shall furnish each applicable Artist and each applicable Artist's guest with first-class transportation (if available and if used for this purpose) and shall furnish each applicable Artist only with hotel accommodations (if used) and an appropriate per diem allowance within the parameters of Section 4.2, above; 12.3 In the event that Company invites any other producer(s) or other non-cast individual to (a) any major film festival(s) in which the Picture is entered in competition or being officially screened (if any) or (b) any foreign celebrity premieres (if any) of the Picture, then Company shall also invite each of Artist to (y) the applicable major film festival(s) and (z) the applicable foreign celebrity premiere(s); and, in connection therewith, in the event that (i) any such major film festival and/or any such foreign celebrity premiere is held at a Location and Artist so attends and (ii) Company provides transportation and/or expenses to any other producer(s) or other non-cast individual to the applicable major film festival and/or the applicable foreign celebrity premiere, then, Company shall also provide Artist with transportation and expenses to such major film festival(s) and/or foreign celebrity premiere(s), as applicable.

4.2 Expenses. Subject to Company's verification that the applicable Artist does not maintain a residence at any applicable Location, the following terms shall apply: 4.2.1 During the Pre-Production and Production Periods, Company shall provide each applicable Artist with accommodations and, in lieu of meals and other living expenses, a non-accountable allowance as is set forth in the Approved Budget, prorated on the basis of a seven (7) day week for any fraction of a week; and 4.2.2 At all other times during the term (but not including rendition of promotional services), reimbursement of the cost of each applicable Artist's actual out-of-pocket living expenses at the Location, provided such cost does not exceed the non-accountable allowance referred to in Section 4.2.1, prorated on the basis of a seven (7) day week; provided, Lender shall not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred pursuant to this Section until such expenses have been accounted for to Company and Company has been furnished with original supporting vouchers, receipts or other customary documentation in form reasonably satisfactory to Company verifying such expenses (provided that Lender shall use reasonable good faith efforts to provide Company with original vouchers, receipts or other documentation, as applicable, and if, after exercising such good faith efforts, original documentation is still unavailable, Lender shall provide Company with copies thereof).

The following sets forth the agreement ("Agreement") between COLUMBIA PICTURES INDUSTRIES, INC. ("Company"), on the one hand, and, on the other hand, SETH ROGEN, INC. ("SRI"), for the producing services of SETH ROGEN ("Rogen"), and DIGBY DOGWOOD INC. ("DDI"), for the producing services of EVAN GOLDBERG ("Goldberg"), in connection with the motion picture project currently entitled "THE INTERVIEW" ("Picture").

12. UNITED STATES PREMIERES/FILM FESTIVALS. Provided that Artist has rendered all material services which Company may require and that neither Lender nor Artist is terminated for Default, Company shall: 12.2 Invite the individual accorded the Designee Producing Credit, if any, and one (1) personal companion of such individual to one (1) United States celebrity premiere (if any) of the Picture, of Company's choice; and in connection therewith, if such premiere is held at a Location and such individual so attends, Company shall furnish such individual only with first-class transportation (if available and if used for this purpose), hotel accommodations (if used) and an appropriate per diem allowance;

E. Designation. Lender shall designate the aforementioned Designee Producer Credit in writing by the time Company determines such designation is necessary, and in the event of Lender's failure to timely designate, Company shall determine whether or not to accord the Designee Producer Credit and, if so accorded, then to whom. Company hereby acknowledges that Lender has designated James Weaver as the recipient of the Designee Producer Credit.

SERVICE: WRITER/EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

The following sets forth the agreement ("Agreement") between COLUMBIA PICTURES INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in California, ("Company"), and WOW A FOX, INC., a California corporation ("Lender"), for the writing services of Dan Sterling ("Artist") in connection with the above-referenced motion picture ("Picture").

15. UNITED STATES PREMIERE. Provided that neither Lender nor Artist is in Default and Artist receives writing credit in connection with the Picture, Company shall invite Artist and Artist's guest to attend one (1) United States celebrity premiere, if any, of the Picture and, if such premiere is at a Location, Company shall furnish Artist only with transportation (by air, if appropriate, and if by air, in accordance with the WGA Agreement as if Artist were rendering services), ground transportation in accordance with Section 6.3, and hotel accommodations (first class, if available) and meals and other hotel expenses (e.g., room service), provided that the total cost is within the parameters of the amounts set forth in Section 6.2 hereof in accordance with Company's then current practice.

6.2 Living Expenses. Subject to Company's verification that Artist does not maintain a residence at any applicable Location: 6.2.1 Reimbursement of Expenses. Except as provided in Sections 6.2.2 and 6.2.3, reimbursement of the cost of Artist's actual out-of-pocket living expenses at the Location, provided such reimbursement does not exceed the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500) per week in New York City, Rome, Tokyo and London; TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000) per week in other major high expense cities; or ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,750) per week elsewhere, prorated at a daily rate of one-seventh (1/7) of the applicable weekly rate; provided, however, that Lender shall not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred pursuant to this Section until such expenses have been accounted for to Company and Company has been furnished with original supporting vouchers, receipts or other customary documentation in form satisfactory to Company verifying such expenses. 6.2.4 Expense Increases. If Artist demonstrates that the expense allowance provided by Company pursuant to Sections 6.2.1 and/or Section 6.2.2 for any Location is insufficient to cover Artist's reasonable actual out-of-pocket expenses, Company shall give good faith consideration to increasing the expense allowance for such Location.
