Additional Information / Where did you hear about our training?
  • Payment: Please indicate how you wish to pay in the booking form above. Full payment is required before the start of the course. If full payment has not been received, we have the right to refuse your attendance. Invoices will be sent within 14 days of booking. Cheques should be made payable to Brighton and Hove Food Partnership with the delegates name on the back.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter). Please note that if you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
  • Cancellations more than 21 days from the course date will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations 7-21 days from the course date will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days from the course date will not be refunded
  • The name of the participant can be changed at no additional cost. Please let us know in advance of the course start date.
  • Courses are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient bookings to make the event viable. In these circumstances, we endeavour to give you ample notice and a full refund of the course fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.
  • The Food Partnership has the right to change the trainer, venue and location if necessary. In these instances we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • Refreshments are provided unless stated otherwise.
  • When booking a course your details will be added to our Service Bulletin mailing list. This information is not shared with anyone else, but we will keep in touch with you about forthcoming opportunities and courses with the Food Partnership. If you do not wish to receive further information from us, please email and request to be removed from the list.
