Sub: Letter of Authority / Authorization of Custom House Agent

We, M/s. ______having Office/Factory/Godown at Address______have the honor to inform you that we have authorized M/s. Varad Logistics Pvt. Ltd., CHA No. 11/1655 having office at F-108, Nerul Railway Station Complex 1st Floor, Nerul (West), Navi Mumbai 400706 as our official Custom House Agent to transact documents such as Shipping Bills, Bills of Entries, etc., for our Exports and Import consignments at Nhava Sheva, Mumbai Port, Mulund and Air Cargo Complex. They are authorized to sign S/Bills, B/Entries, and Manifest, refund Order or to receive money or to pay duties and grant receipts and to execute Bonds or guarantees in respect and to accept valuation for assessment purpose on our behalf.

We also undertake to pay all demands of differential duties and penalties subsequently made by the Custom Authorities as a sequel to these transactions. The Contents of Imports and Exports are as per Invoice and we further undertake responsibility if actually found otherwise and to accept all liabilities incurred under the transactions as if these had in fact been signed by our firm.

We shall provide all the information or confirmation required by any government department or authorities and shall be fully responsible for the contents of the documents, IEC status and declarations submitted to them for the purpose of clearance/Shipment and we shall not hold CHA responsible for any act of omission.

We further to state that all our shipments are authentic and involve no violation of Customs Act, 1962 and FERA, FEMA Act etc. as prevalent. We would further to state that we are bind by all the responsible action in good faith by M/s. Varad Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Company CHA 11/1655 as our representative.

We further to inform you that M/s. Varad Logistics Pvt. Ltd. CHA 11/1655 and their employees are authorized by us to transact import & Export clearance work at custom house on our behalf.

We are hereby enclosing herewith photo copy of I.E.C., Signature Verification Letter issued by our banker and also submitting herewith documents pertaining to our organization as indicated in annexure Client/ Customer Identification Procedure as per Para (vi) of Board Circular 09/2010 Customs dt.08.04.2010.
