Total Sports Coaching are looking for new coaching staff to work in our schools and community programme, mainly based around the Faversham area.
TSC delivers sports coaching throughout schools and in the community teaching a variety of different sports and activities to all age groups. As well as this we have a specialist football programme which includes our football academy sessions.We are expanding and need great coaches to join our coaching staff on a part time basis. Many of our part time coaches have no progressed into full time coaching positions with us.
TSC have a great reputation and is a growing company, we are looking for highly skilled and enthusiastic staff who can join our excellent team.

Hours Available: 5-10 per week (to start, could increase to full time)
Pay Rates: £10-£15 an hour depending on experience, coaching qualifications
Areas of Work: Mainly based in Faversham but may include surrounding areas.

- A passion or working in sport and coaching all age groups
- FA Football Coaching qualification/equivalent multi sports coaching qualification
- Clean DBS Check
- Own Transport
- Be available to work between 3pm and 5pm on week days.

SPORTS COACHJOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Sports Coach
- Purpose of Post
This position primarily requires a sports coach to effectively organise, run and assist in delivering child development sessions within primary school settings inline with TSC (Total Sports Coaching) coaching programme and curriculum. The coach will be required to assist in delivering and organise and lead activities including; national curriculum PE lessons, lunchtime activities, after school activities and multi-skill based sessions. The position also requires organising and leading activities in our community programme with our toddler’s soccer, grassroots club partnerships and community outreach programmes. The coach will also be required to work in our specialist football, community and nursery programmes.

To organise and deliver lunchtime and after school activities for school children in a variety of different sports and activities.
To organise and deliver school holiday programme activities for school children in a variety of different sports and activities.
To prepare and plan sessions for all activities undertaken
To coach football and a range of sports in a variety of different school, grassroots club, academy and community environments.
To prepare and implement well-structured and progressive coaching programmes to ensure high quality, enjoyable coaching experience centred around the needs of the participants.
To assist and support other TSC coaches in delivering high quality coaching and activities
To provide your own transport to and from TSC sessions
To support work with clubs and other community groups to ensure that young people are retained in sport through high quality coaching.
To be a positive role model, creating a positive and fun environment in which to motivate and encourage young people to participate in sport or physical activity.
To be committed to continuous professional development relevant to the post and personal training needs supporting future career advancement.
To carry out administrative duties as necessary eg maintain accurate attendance registers, collect monies, carry out risk assessments, etc.
To develop and maintain effective and positive working relationships with all partners and community organisations.
To agree to abide by all of TSCs codes of conduct and rules and dress code
To undertake other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time to ensure the successful running of TSC
To be prepared to regularly carry out work during evening and weekend periods.
