14. / WOODSIDE RECREATION GROUND
To consider request from the Kent High Weald Project to remove stiles into the recreation ground to make the public footpath more accessible.
15. / FUNDRAISING
To consider which project to raises funds for from the Firework event.
16. / PAVILION
To consider the Football Club’s request for a contribution towards new paving costs outside the hatch area. Two quotations received so far as follows:
Apple Paving - £3,200
B & P Groundworks - £3,366
17. / DEPUTY CLERK’S HOURS
To note that the Deputy Clerk will be trialling a period of carrying out her hours Monday to Thursday and taking Fridays off.
