BM 191 Report

To access the report, go to the Bridge Inventory website (click the link below).

There are two ways to generate the BM 191 report.

  • If the Structure File Number (SFN) is known, the user can run the report by entering the SFN
  • If the SFN in unknown, the user can run the report by entering Owner, County, Route and Log Point. This will filter the data to a list of special designations and SFNs for the values entered.

If the user knows the SFN, he/she will click on the report labelled BM191_enterSFN.

  • Enter the SFN in the Structure File Number (SFN) field
  • Click the View Reportbutton

If the SFN is valid and the bridge status is ACTIVE, thetwo-page report will be generated.

When an invalid SFN is entered or the bridge statusfor the SFN is not ACTIVE, the user will receive the screen below:

  1. BM191_enterParameters report

If the SFN is unknown, the user may click on the report labelled BM191_enterParameters.

This link allows the user to select parameters which filter the data to a list of valid SFNs from which to select.

The value selected determines the value(s)listed in the next field.

  • Select an OWNER. The valid counties for that OWNER will be populated in the Select a County field.

If OHIO TURNPIKE is selected, only those COUNTIES with OHIO TURNPIKE as the owner are listed in the drop-down.

  • Select a COUNTY. If PORTAGE is selected for COUNTY, only those routes with OHIO TURNPIKE as the owner and PORTAGE as the county are listed:
  • Select a ROUTE. If 00480 is selected for the ROUTE, only those log points with OHIO TURNPIKE as the owner, PORTAGE as the county and 00480 as the ROUTE are listed:
  • Select the Log Point
  • Click on the View Report button located at the rightof the screen.

The screen below will appear. It lists the Special Designations and the unique SFN for each special designation.

(In this example, there is one SFN for the criteria that was entered).

  • To generate the report for SFN 6700489, click on the blue link next to the desired special designation.

Here is an example showing more than one Special Designation for the criteria entered.

If the user wants to run a report for another SFN using the parameters, click on the blue “back arrow” button to return to the BM191_enterParameters screen.

If the user wishes to print, click on the printer button

If the user wishes to export the report, click on the export button to see the list of options
