Authors are requested to submit two documents at the time of their submission: 1) A paper with title and authors’ information; 2) A paper without any author names and affiliations. Authors should avoid language that could identify themselves as the authors.

As you can see for the title of the paper you must use 13pt, Centered, Bold, Cambria. Leave one blank line and then type authors' names (11pt Cambria, bold, left-aligned). Leave one blank line between data of authors. University and country (11pt Cambria, left-aligned). Then you must type your e-mail address. (11pt Cambria, left-aligned)

The heading of each section should be printed in small, 12pt, left justified, bold, Cambria. You must use numbers 1, 2, 3, … for the sections' numbering and not Latin numbering (I, II, III, …). For sub-sections use 1.1., 1.2., 1.3…
